METAMORPHIC ADVENTURES may cancel this agreement on any breach of our rules and or regulations or if we at our reasonable discretion find that the general behaviour of the Clients unacceptable. Cheques in excess of R500.00 must be bank guaranteed or paid in a month before camp to make sure it won’t come back as “Ref to drawer”. No post-dated cheques will be accepted. The acceptance of any payment from a Client in default will not release such a Client from any other obligations under the agreement. The Client is liable to us for full payment of the fee as reflected on the face of this agreement two weeks prior to arrival. No service will be rendered unless the full amount has been paid as agreed between the parties.

ADITIONAL CHARGES
The client is liable for any charges arising from RD cheques, debit orders or credit cards. Should we be obligated to institute legal proceedings against the Client, arising out of the Client’s breach of our Terms and Conditions of this agreement, the Client will be liable for all tracing fees, collections commissions and legal costs incurred on the scale as between attorney and his own client.

The Client will be in default if he/she breaks any of the Terms and Conditions of the agreement or fails to pay any amount within 7(seven) days from the time such an amount is due and payable, or if the Client repudiates this agreement in writing.  When the Client is in default, his/her privileges may be suspended at Metamorphic Adventures’ discretion.

CANCELLATION
VERY IMPORTANT: Should the Client cancel this agreement, or reduce the number of stated participants within 4(four) weeks of the service date, the Client is still liable for payment of the FULL fee as agreed. The outstanding amount as agreed in writing by the parties must be paid within 7(seven) days after cancellation.
